Pets room affects?

Just curious, I saw that some pets affect an entire room, such as crafting speed. I’ve yet to find a reliable guide on their effects and what they do and whether or not they provide bonuses to entire rooms or just i individuals. Most curious about training speed at the moment.

Training speed only applies to the individual that has the pet, in fact most pets bonus only applied to a single dweller and a room can only hold 1 pet so the challenge.
Crafting Cost, Crafting Time, Objective Completion, and Stranger Chance applies to the room but will not stack (merged rooms) and only the highest value is used.
