This is the second time it happened. My saved game crashes whenever I load it. :(

It's most likely save corruption. Usually, it happens cuz ppl use that Steam Cloud sync option. Try disabling that and then load your save. If a no go, you can go into your users folder where the game saves are and delete the vault1.sav. Then edit the file name on the other 'vault1.sav.bkp' and remove the .bkp off the end of the file name. It's then 'vault1.sav' and you can try loading it. Hopefully, it won't be corrupted as well. There are 'Save Editor's for the game which have some 'fix' it tools which may help resolve some corruption issues... like time synchronization issue for example. It's worth a shot to try all the 'fix' options, save the changes, exit the editor, and load your game to see if it's working again.

The same here. Game crashed and crashes on loading my vault.

I know that games are synced to the steam cloud.. but how to restore saved data from steam cloud??

Okay I managed to restore my vault from local *.sav.bkp file. Rename vault1.sav file (i.e. to vault1.sav.crash) then rename file vault.sav.bkp to vault1.sav. Now game starts okay. Vault data are stored in c:\users\username\AppData\Local\FalloutShelter\ directory :-)

You really should just disable that Steam cloud sync on this game. You're a whole lot less likely to end up with bugs and corruption that way.
