Pet lunchbox drop rate ?

How common is to get a pet carrier from lunchbox drops ?
Asking because I've opened 3 lunchboxes but I didn't get any pets.

in the whole game i opened around 200 lunchboxes and maybe got 30 pets or less...so i guess the rate of getting them on this way is pretty low

Your best chance for getting pets is by sending dwellers out into the wasteland and doing random encounters when they find buildings. I've had a few lunchboxes drop pets, but even then they were mostly commons. Pet carriers usually at least drop rares.

I can't remember the last time I had a lunchbox drop a pet. The only pets I've gotten that weren't quest rewards were from buying the starter pack and some pet carriers
