No mysterious stranger appearing
As the title says I have never had the mysterious stranger appear across over a dozen vaults nor the entrance/departure sound play. I've tried clearing the cache and data and even reinstalling the game.

he appears like every hour or so but the noise is very faint and if you are not lucky just doing vault things you cant make him spawn

Ive tried on a really small vault and still nothing, also isnt he supposed to spawn like every 7 minutes?

Him not appearing really ♥♥♥♥♥ up my early game because I dont get a good amount of caps anywhere, plus quests
