Do themes do anythig other than a cosmetic change?
I'm wondering if it's worth building the rooms, and possibly buying some of the recipe fragments later on, but if it's only about prettiness, then no go!

They are purely cosmetic. The music inside those room also changes and you can only have one theme per vault regardless if you have 6 diners, they will all be same theme.
