Is there a usual quest to get the baseball outfit schematic to use to get the Rackie Jobinson Jersey?

The only way to get the Rackie Jobinson Jersey is to finish a long questline. There is no schematic for the outfit so you can't craft more of them.

To get the Rackie Jobinsons Jersey after a series of 14 quests(15 is the actual jersey finally)we must dress up our dwellers(three maximum)with the rare baseball outfit so we need three of them to get the legendary jersey.What i am asking is if you get the schematic for that rare outfit by luck or there is a specific quest(from other questlines) that gives you that schematic.Without that rare outfit schematic you cannot get the legendary jersey(and of course that legendary outfit has no recipe and you cannot make another).And i dont think that the developers of the game make an unsolvable quest.

If you don't have the receipe by the time you get to the quest where you need the baseball uniforms, go do other quests or go explore the wasteland. I don't think I've ever gotten to that quest and not had the receipe to craft the baseball uniforms, if I didn't already have them from drops/lunchboxes already. But I also don't try to finish that questline first, I usually do the Horsemen one first.

The baseball outfit never pop out from lunchboxes in all the time i play.I never send dwellers in the wasteland i keep them in the vault.There is the game.And as a tip i advise to play first the questline that gives the the junk jet weapon(the paula plmbkin path until the powered up quest)and then the Secret agent person until the secret weapon test.The reason is that this weapon use junk as ammunition but many times uses the rare or legendary junk. In early game you hanen't gather to many of those junk and it will use common junk mainly.When you actually play the Secret weapon test which requires the junk jet weapon try and find quickly another weapon(preferably with some power if you are lucky)and change immediately the junk jet with that weapon otherwise you will use many junk and some of them rare and legendary.Or just reload the quest.This way you can gather all the junk you want without the fear that you may lose them using the junk jet.And when that secret test quest ends you will never have to use the junk jet again but dont sell it.There is if i remember correctly an optional quest(the last choice in the overseers office that requires the use of junk jet again but is optional and you can skip it.Maybe all those you know them but i wanted to share it with everyone that reads it and its good advice.Ofcourse we must not forget that before any other quest we must finish first the daily,weekly and limited time quests.Thanks for reading it.

The junk jet, in Fallout shelter, does NOT use junk as amnunition.

Lord know, the weapon will work even if you have no junk of any kind.

Also, dwellers that explore the wasteland can find common/rare weapons/outfits/junk/recipes and legendary junk/recipes. With overall high stats, an outfit with +5 total bonuses, an 11+ total endurance (stat+outfit), and a good weapon can survive a long time in the wasteland and can come back with a huge pile of stuff. A low level dweller will survive even longer due to getting their HP refreshed every time they level and might not even use a single stimpack the entire time.

You see on the graphic that the junk jet shoots some kind of junk(you can see what)some times legendary junk and you dont want to lose them.Have you(or someone else use the weapon having zero junk and worked)?How much time you have to send a dweller exploring to find decend stuff and then you have to wait to come back.The game is in the vault and in the wasteland is uncontrollable.By the time that dweller returns you may already have found better stuff.And to return to the baseball outfit its the first vault that i haven't find the recipe for that to get
the legendary (and unique)jersey.I am trying to find quickly the unique legendary outfits(detective outfit,horsemen outfits and rackie jobinson jersey)but i am failing.What questline i have to finish to get the quests for the detective outfit(detective case files)?

The junk it shoots is just a graphic representation of the shot. It has been observered by others of firing junk that the player didn't possess.

As for explorers, you usually won't see anything good right away. I have a dweller out right now and after 8 hours has found one rare outfit (along with several common weapons/outfits/junk). The further out they get, the better the chance of rares or even legendary junk or recipes. And even if the weapons and outfits aren't good, you can always salvage them for parts.

As far as finding a specific recipe, the only thing you can do is to keep grinding activities that can result in finding them. They can be found while exploring the wastelands, they can be found while on quests/discovered locations, and they can even be found on invading raiders (on rare occasions).
