Is there any way to increase chance of raider attack?
I've been playing this game for 56hs in total and I just had 18 raider attacks so far. Death claws and ghouls come really often and most of the raider attacks happened at the begining of my vault construction( few rooms and dwellers). Is this thing completely random or there are some conditions that need to be satisfied?

yes, i can think of 4 methods of increasing the chance of a raider attack.
1) play in survival mode = more attacks in general
2) build a radio room, let some dwellers work in and switch its mode to attract dwellers = more incidents at your vault door
3) finish the "bottle & cappy" quest = more incidents at your vault door
4a) keep the number of your dwellers below 60 (below 35 in survival mode) = no Deathclaw attacks
4b) keep the number of your dwellers below 40 (below 26-31 in survival mode) = no Feral Ghoul attacks

Thanks for the help, I might need to start a new vault but how to play in survival mode? I don't see there is any game mode option to choose.

you're welcome.
when choosing to start a new vault there should be a (radiation?) symbol you have to check.
i can't check myself for the symbol because i have already 3 vaults (the maximum) started at the moment.

I found it. Thank you very much.

To add, sending dwellers to wasteland frequently back and forth with explore/recall will trigger raider/ghoul/deathclaw attacks most of the time after consecutive Vault door openings.

Thanks for the help. I'll try.

Keep in mind that if you start a new vault, the achievement counter won't increase till you have more Raider attacks than your first vault does. For this achievement, the game only tracks the highest number from all your vaults, not a combined number.

oh, didn't know he was after the achievement "50 Raider Attacks" - i got this around 4 days after starting a "normal" vault just by having the game running for several hours.

Thanks for the reminder. My current one has too many dwellers, I doubt it would be faster than start a new one.

Thanks. I'll try keep running for hours. I usually quit the game after I finish the quests in wasteland, never spent more than 20 minutes every time...
