Fallout Shelter
Incredibly Strong Feral Ghouls
So, I'm at 112 dwellers and suddenly I'm getting attacks from groups of ghouls that are absolutely OP. Before, my dwellers would always take them all out before they could get past the first floor. Now though, they manage to get down through most of my my base. They just don't die. Is this some sort of glitch or are other people experiencing this too? Because I've looked around and I haven't seen any mention of strong Ghouls from anyone.

External incidents difficulty depend on average dweller level.

Never ever seen that. I have four bases across various devices, all but one well developed. Deathclaws and Radscorpians are typically the only ones that cause posts like this. If what you describe is actually happening, you are almost certainly under equiping and under resourcing the people in your base.

Although it is considered advantageous to increase endurance *before* levelling up dwellers, it is not required for the scenario you mention.

More info would have been useful; especially level, stats, equipment and weapons of the dwellers. And possibly room configuration.

I had this happen to me today. I got feral ghouls that would not stop, where usually I stopped them at the first level. I had 58 dwellers, average dweller level around 26. After they rampaged through the 3rd level without decreasing in number, I stopped the game and restarted, and they were gone.
