honestly, these things are simply not fun at this point. they have far too much health to deal with and can wipe whole rooms of dwellers in seconds. I've tried going with what the wiki suggested on clearing the rooms so only one dweller fights it, but that isn't helping much. I'm still loosing power in my rooms, it doesn't die whatsoever, and worst of all, they keep popping up with the frequency of radroaches. it's starting to make me not want to play this game. At the very least, it's making it feel like a punishment for leaving the game open and running.
Is this what the devs wanted? people actively trying to NOT play the game just to avoid those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ scorpions? because I'll gladly stop playing. the temptation to buy lunchboxes is very quickly dying off thanks to this enemy.
EDIT:
to be more accurate:
the level of the dweller does nothin on it's own (for low E dwellers) - the level is indeed helpful if the dweller is trained to have max. E as this ensures he has also max. HP
i have to take care of my dwellers when a Rad scorpion moves into one of the training rooms (2-3 wide and upgraded) with my lowest health dwellers in. would be way less dangerous when i would keep those rooms 1-wide and don't upgrade them.
all working rooms can handle RAD scorpions in seconds (+17 damage, max. health, 6 dwellers).
never saw a RAD scorpion jumping FROM there.
