What is that piano sound?
The answer is: A fellow guy will apear on the first three notes, hes in a scar color like coat from Fortnite. But hurry up! Hes somewhere in your vault! When the other note plays he dissapears! So remeber those three notes have a BIG meaning.

It's the Mysterious Stranger that appears in most FO games. The musical notes are similar to those heard in FONV when he appears. And for people that don't play fornite, he wears a tan trench coat with matching fedora (I think those were the words you were looking for).
