Where do I get a swimsuit outfit?
I need it for quest, I don't have the blueprint to make it, and it's the only quest available for me

well, it ia a "rare" outfit, so you do need to upgrade your outfit workshop.
i havent seen any other way to acquire that particular outfit, so "Little Miss Wasteland" will have to wait i guess
