Is there a point to boost special above 10 with outfits?
This?For example is 6+4 agi and 10+4 agi the same?

Yes. 10+4 is worth it. You'll notice a difference in attack speed in your agi example.

10+7 is the best, and a tips if u put a 10+7 in E, and up from lvl 1 to lvl 50, u've the max hp possible for a resident.

Yeah but in a regular resident living and working inside the vault?Is there a difference in production output or getting to 10 is the max?

yes Vanessa, absolutely

And you can see the difference. Put dwellers with 10 base strength in a power room.
Give them +5 strength officer outfits.
Watch the count down timer of the room.
Remove 1 of their outfits and you'll see the timer goes up.

So yes, if you're after maximum production, give them the best outfits for the room they work in.

Yes, there is a huge difference in production, 7 for the outfits is the most optimal, for the workers, if they are 7 to 17 in a room, you will become very very quickly RICH! And (if they have all 17 in luck, it's just broken)
