Restoring a Dwellers health?
One of my best dwellers has half HP on the bar. Is there a way to make that bar regenerate the health somehow without the need to use a medkit?

They also regen over time when they are in the Vault.

levelling up will full the whole bar when a dweller is almost dead. Time it well and it makes a quest much easier.

Just beware : lvl up doesn't remove the rads

They do restore by leveling up and they regenerate slowly in the vault.

However, being below 50% health will make your dwellers unhappy. I recommend building a full 3-room sized hospital to supply a steady supply of health packs.
