Do outfits help after stats have been maxed out?
Can outfits still boost dweller performance even after their stats have been maxed out in the training room?

Yes, so 17 is the real limit for any stat.

Yes, wil still reduce time for production of any room if stat maxed and relevent clothing worn.

For any other relevant actions stats above 10 do matter as well.

Ok I understand for most stats but would wearing the +5 endurance wasteland gear make a dwellers health increase even more than a normal dweller with 10 endurance? (both dwellers have maxxed stats)

Yes, you should strive to have 17 Endurance at each level up, since you can't "fix" that later.

Ah so theres also a +7 endurance wasteland gear? I got to find its recipe then

For all stats there are +7 legendary outfits.
