Bottle and Cappy?

I'm new and was wondering can I still get bottle and cappy, what is the start questline?

There is not.Only thing you have to do is to complete the quest that marked daily,weekly and limited time(especially the daily ones),the other quests will remain always.Those limited time quests no one seems to know how much time you have to complete them but those quest that seems they are active because of a holiday it will be good to finish them before the holidays finish or you lose them(maybe but is logical).It will be good to finish the bottle and cappy quests quickly because then you will be visited by them in your vault in shorts period of times and you can get from them big amounts of caps and nuka cola.The mysterious stanger will seem almost nothing in front of them.And i can't understand how can many people spot the mysterious stranger from a small screen of a mobile phone.

I still can on mine. The questline is "Nabbed From Nuka World", and the first mission is "Bottlecap Blues.", and is marked limited time. Have no idea when it will be over, but it's been up for a long time.

I don't know either.As soon as you can complete these quests,are easy enough and if you don't i believe that nothing bad happens.Just you lose the xp and items those quset give and you don't get the visits of bottle and cappy which can help to get caps and nuka cola.

Mobile game vibrates, when Mysterious Stranger appears. Also all the sounds on my mobile are on minimum.
Unlike on PC, mobile phone MAX zooming out produce 2D FLAT view of vault, where Mysterious Stranger can be spotted much much better, than in PC. On mobile I can spot him 99% each time and also get him, but I would not bother much - he gives only CAPS and you don't need them, once you hit 1 million.

You can't. It was limited on mobile, so you can't have it. Unless you've completed and transfered it on your PC.

Too bad. Because it was released for mobiles BEFORE it was on PC.
Although, that's impossible on PC. It was limited of the release of the Fallout 4 Far harbor. The DLC.

How much time was that limited time on mobile?And again i wonder how can you anything in a mobile screen.You need a decent monitor for pc or game machines.And for many other games.There maybe cause trouble to your eyes.

To be honest, I have not started new vault on mobile for a long time, so can't help with Cap and Bottle quests, but I assume they might pop up in new game, just like in PC game. Also - they rarely give any bottles, but mostly caps, so I don't bother anymore.

I find it much easier to zoom in and out on mobile screen - also, because cartoonish 2D flat vault look helps a lot - any dweller stand out - also anything else out of place, too. It is much faster to take away 6 dwellers frm burning room, than in PC(I thought, it would be easier on PC, but no), because touch screen has bigger area for finger than mouse pointer area on PC where you have to click on them. Quite possibly this game supports touch-screen monitors, then it might be similar on PC. The only downside on mobile is that it is impossible to drag around dwellers, which are ready to level up, if you want to give them wasteland gear in some safer place.
