What does +7.5% stranger chance mean?
I don't know what the pet's bonus means, anyone help?

The mysterious Stranger should show up 7.5x more often.

If it was only 7.5%, I would have kicked the dog out.

A great help for caps and nuka cola is to quickly end the quest for bottle and cappy.The mysterious stranger gives only caps
