Raising overall SCORE in stats

Can anyone tell me what contributes to highering your actual overall score in the game? I'm more or less at end game, full vault, 199 dwellers all fully maxed special, level 50, high weapons/gear etc. and my stats are: Happiness 100%, Rooms 130, Score 19,990. What do I need to do to keep increasing my score now? Cheers.
