Death's jacket dissapered

I chose it as reward for a quest and I collected it when I got home to the vault. But its gone from my inventory.

Check your characters that went on the mission. It's most likely, they equipped it. I have had that happened so many times where I see they get something awsome, then when they return, Im like, "Um, your stealing my loot!" Not to mention, if you didnt memorize their names, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Not to mention, the version on my tablet which isnt steam has 200 people, so if I don't catch it when they first get back, trying to find them is horrible lol.

Good tips, although I cannot find the item in the list even when selecting equipped items to.
But you have a point, there is something about their smiles, you know they are up to something ^^
