Excess Caps Suggestion

My main vault is at a point now where I have well over 300k caps and I don't need any more rooms and I'll never have to spend 10k+ to revive a dweller, but what I do need is junk for crafting. Now, I can keep questing/wastelanding and gaining even more junk and caps, scrapping/selling other stuff which obviously I am BUT, heres the suggestion.

What if an RNG Brahmin Shop came around, we could spend those extra caps on their goods or say no and send them on their way? Also, this isn't just something that happens, I totally suggest we work for it like Cappy&Bottle and we could unlock it in a quest.
