You can't. You have to wait until he dies. Costs 2000 caps to revive.

no you cant repair mr handy, some people suggest to send him to the wasteland when its low on hp, i did this and it seem that the robot does not encounter fight situation(for the moment) while searching for caps outside. other than that i dont know, my mr handy is still outside and i'm ready to lose him eventualy
edit : 2k caps to revive, not bad

Mr. Handy does not take damage while exploring wasteland.

When Mr. Handy is destroyed while defending your Vault, 2k Caps will repair him..he Rezes like a dead Dweller. Only he is some pieces on floor and you can't miss when he does "go".
