Can't buy starter pack

I have the funds in my account and tried to buy through PayPal. It said working when I clicked continue to add funds for the payment and it was saying this 5 minutes later. I clicked on the X in the top corner as it seemed it was stuck and bought a code online, I added my funds to Steam and tried to purchase the pack again but all I keep getting is a message saying there was an error processing my payment.

I do not have the pack and have tried restarting the game a few times but it still says it. How can I buy it?

Have you checked your Steam inventory? Items go there, but you can unlock them like you'd normally use lunchboxes...

By the way, there's a good chance there's a sale tomorrow so I'd suggest waiting a bit anyhow :P

Try verifying the game integrity... haven't seen this issue before here on the forum xD sorry...

But regarding buying things, the mobile version google thingie said they'd update tomorrow with an easter event and a sale so this might actually somewhat work out in your favor if you want to save some money :P At least I hope it also goes for the PC version...

Tried verifying and nothing. I did try looking around the forum first to try and find an answer but I couldn't find anything either.

The sale wont do me any good if I still can't buy it though :p I even tried quitting Steam completely and reset my PC, still nothing.

You should have waited for tomorrow because there will be a sale (at least in all over but steam version)
