What's up with this seems like a bug any way around it? Can't even destroy elevators because it says its connected to a room.

It's not a bug, you can't leave any of your rooms without a path to vault entrance.
Give us screens to prove it's a bug and we'll point your mistake.

Would like to swap the living quarters and the water treatment around idealy. On the 2nd/3rd level just left of elevator (1st/2nd if you count Ground floor)

Unfortunately you have to destroy 2 of those 4 rooms to swap them(2x 2-wide ones), there's no other way because they only have route to entrance through each other and you have no space left on the other side to fix that with an elevator.

There's a mod to allow demolishing any rooms but i don't even want to try it, it's highly likely to cause some problems imho.

ah no way. so both levels to the left of elevator need to go. Makes no sense there needs to be an ability to rearrange. cost about 10k or more to destroy them. Money cheat is going to be getting searched in google soon!

Yeah, you can try demolishing mod or add money for your troubles. No way to rearrange without losing much money.

"Room can't be destroyed because it's connected to two rooms" is just the game's poorly worded attempt to let you know that you can't destroy a certain room because it'll leave a room next to it w/o access to an elevator.

There are a couple cheats (for Fallout Shelter) up on the 'Nexus Mods' website already if you're looking for some.

If I'm not mistaken you can erase and remake them if you build one more elevator to the right edge of the vault.

EDIT: Actually nvm. I was looking at wrong rooms. I guess you will have to deconstruct the water treatment and living quarters and just rebuild new ones.

Left edge in this case, but there's no space left for that already.

I've had this bug when I started my survival vault, tho the game used another message. It was more along the lines of "This room cannot be destroyed because it is currently being used"... Of course it wasn't, it was an elevator shaft.

Cleared itself after closing the game and starting it up again.

Each floor can contain 2x3 rooms and 1x2, any other arrangement is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, which is what you have right there.

1 or 2 room livingrooms, empty rooms on the first floors, training rooms randomly place instead of close to their stat rooms... You sure did hit a lot of marks on how not to do your Vault.I´ll sugest starting another Vault entirely ´cause that one looks impractical and hard to navigate both for the player and the dwellers, and doesn´t seem like you have advance enough to be a loss.

Rooms to the right would then love a route to entrance, that is not allowed.
