Not gaining any more stats at training room, bug?

Last 4 times I check at +EN and +LUCK training room, they don't get any stats + at level up. Is this bug, or are there chance of not getting stats + ?

It's still bugged. Re-installing game doesn't help, bug persist even if I start new vault, technical support in this game is useless. Well least I won't spend any more money in this game I guess.

Now I got the same problem, stats are not increasing. Well, gotta hope that they too willget them at some point. Nice to have some new guys stuck at 1 endurance and no amount of training room increases the stat.

When the training completed icon appears over a dweller head, the stat has already been increased. The icon is just there so you know they have already finished that training session so you can either click it to have them train more, or reassing them to something else.

Just finished testing this. Put a dweller with Perception 1 in the Armory. Came back 30 minutes later. Dweller had training icon over her head and her Perception was already listed as 2.

I know that for level 10 rank it shows 10 before you collect your caps.

This isn't really a bug. I was just too stupid to figure out how it works. The moment char has "lvl up" on it doesn't mean anything else than that they can train for more after you press ok, actual +stats is gained before that. So if you have +2int you get +3 when timer goes to zero, even if you don't ever press lvl up button.
