Finding Locations

Do i have to be on for my dwellers that are exploring to find locations? (the ones i can explore)

Nope, but it has a greater chance compare to offline (in my opinion, idk.) In my experience I have only discovered locations 7 times while im offline *7 difference occations, 7 log ins* while i have almost double the amount of locations found while i'm online fooling around in my vault.

Also i think its depends on LUCK in SPECIAL to have better chance finding rare/legendary items + locations, idk need confirm on that

yea i read somewhere luck and perspective help to find locations...was asking cuz i havent found any places while offline yet. Thnx very helpfull

i highly doubt perspective affects on finding location. I have some pretty poor pers dwellers on the run and they still find locations (higher luck is 4 sure). Perception is i believe to trigger critical hits and Agility is how fast/slow the cursor move on crit hit (or the other wya around i forgot)
