Anyone Else not getting quest rewards?

Every time I do a quest or visit a location, whatever the reward is, I never get it. Anyone else having the same problem?

Have you WAITED for those who were sent on quests to come back to vault before you post this.

Yes, every time. I get any rewards that they have picked up, but the "pictured" rewards for completing the quests I never get. For the "Paula" quest line, no pet, no baseball bat, no anything else either. I've found 3 guys at gas stations and other places in the wilderness, they never show up at my vault either, even when the guys return to the base and I "collect". Something is broken here.

Did you clear out all the levels? Most of the rewards I pick up from the rooms.

That's the number one reason why people don't get the quest rewards, they leave as soon as they complete the objectives, but fail to clear out the rest of the map. The quest rewards aren't given automaticly (in some cases) upon completing the mission. They are just guarenteed things you can find at that location.
