Does the length of a training room decreases room time?

Size, upgrade level and number of people in the room - all decrease training time.

Actually, the size only effect training time when you have other dwellers in the room. Two people in a single wide room will take less time to train up than a single dweller alone in a tripple wide room (assuming both rooms are the same upgrade level).
