While I always had the upmost respect for that OS, that's like discussing the bronze age in relation to what computers evolved to right now.
So, to answer your question... Never.
Unless it was added way, way later on...
Don't change that Windows XP was the first decent Windows OS ever. Imagine, you didn't have to restart your computer every 4 hours or so because the OS was stable! Amazing!

Of course it was made later than 32-bit, probably for kiosks when 64-bit hardware became more common.
Yeah, WinXP was great. I also like Win98SE and Win7 too.
