Edit the .json variation of the save file, you have to extract that information with a third party program thought, plenty of guides on how to pull it off.
or maybe not, i guess you can already tell that i don't have too much experience with those kinds of things. just used cheat engine a couple times for one game because bugs and unfinished development made it unplayable after a certain amount of time so for me it's the easiest (and most trustworthy) option to use. tried savegame editors, trainers, etc. a couple times when i was younger but ended up with nothing but a bunch of viruses that forced me to format C:/ and reinstall everything. since then i don't really trust those things anymore lol
Then you can edit that; now this is a huge list of information so there's save editors that do this converting for you; and then show you the important things you might want to edit. (for example lunchboxes, happiness of dwellers, anything.)
There's online save editors and downloadable programs.
