Quantum Nuke Cola speed up training ?

I saw this ingame help and on web:
Rush and instantly complete training in a stat-raising room.

but I cant find the way to use it for this purpose ...

When a dweller is in a training rooom, click the room twice, it will zoom in and tell you each dwellers current training time untill they level and you will see a bottle of nuka cola next to them telling you how much it will cost, just click that and done :)

double click the training room then zoom all the way in. a few prompts should be visible. I'm having alot of trouble getting my dwellers to increase stats despite multiple sucsessful traing sessions so you may want to hold off/be cautious as it may not work.
