That's what Mr handys are for. You can earn them by finishing objectives and quests

Use a save editor>get everything in the game+unlimited resources>unninstall (Y)

yeah, nothing goes to ♥♥♥♥ even if you're offline for a whole week. unless you already have bad production and empty storages before you log out. but then it is your own fault and you need to learn how to manage resources better.

This^. When not playing the game pauses resources use, but it keeps track of crafting, training and dwellers on quests still.
