How to use my Mr. Handy?

Hey! I bought Mr. Handy but I don't know how to use it on my vault :/ I have him in my steam inventory but I don't have this in game :(

You can assign 1 mr handy per floor to collect resources automatically so u dont have to login and collect the resources, or u can send him to wasteland to collect caps

But I don't have him in my vault. I bought him just now and I don't have this pack with him. I have him only in my steam inv

Try and activate the item from your steam inv (if it's possible) and then you should be able to see him in the game.

a Mr Handy from the store and quest rewards needs to be opened the same way a lunchbox is to get the card, he will then show up in the queue outside your vault waiting to be assigned to a floor

Oh! And when my friend came to my house he told me about this glitch with changing the date on my computer, i changed it for 4 days i changed it now to 31 march. Is it problem?
