No Mysterious Stranger

He just isn't showing up. No music plays, and even zoomed out he doesn't show up. I've heard reports of him showing up every 10 minutes or so for other players, but after several hours on more than one vault, I have yet to see him appear. Are there any requirements that are needed to be met in order for him to begin appearing?

My population is 35, happines: 80% and I have 5 one block rooms and 4 three block rooms.
Mysterious stranger is appearing very often to me

Problem solved for me. After that the first two kids were born the mysterious man has began to appear regularly

It seems that after you hit 20 dwellers, that is when he begins to appear. I had already had two kids born in my vault, but it wasn't until the third was born (and my population hit 20) that he appeared. So that is the requirement. 20 Dwellers.

music? damn, i play muted... i do spot him from time to time though.

no, thats not what i had so far - he began visiting me when i had far less than 20 (maybe 10 or 12), but have the feeling he spawned less after i got more than 20 people (might be me not seeing him in the bigger vault though... and of course the muted sound too)

I spotted him the first time, but every time after the audio cue plays but I don't see him anywhere

He wont spawn for me, but I hear the exit music every 10min as if he was there and then left. This needs to get fixed. The extra Caps early on is important.

Yeah he hardcore stalks my vault, almost every 15 minutes on the dot or earlier. Don't know what triggers it, maybe just a bad seed. On the flipside, I also get raider attacks VERY frequently.

Update. I closed game, went to my Games in Steam, went to Properties for this game and revalidated the game files. Now he shows up, I also got 3 Raider attacks within 30min.

Yeah the raider attacks are pretty hardcore, thankfully most of my dwellers have at least a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pistol but their endurance is pretty low so my stimpack reserves get used very quickly

im am on survival mode with 20 dwellers but still the mysterious stranger didn't make his appearance :(
