Can rooms be moved?

I am new in this game and I don´t know if I can change the position of the rooms, because I made a mistake :/

Still a noob but there is an option to destroy a grid of it. So I would say no, can't move. Blow it up and start again.

All you can do is destroy at a loss and reconstruct elsewhere. But...
Honestly when I started on the mobile I just bust to 100 dwellers to unlock everything, cleared it all and started over with a game plan involving Nuka Cola plants -cackles-

If you aren't that far along just scrap the vault and start a new one.

bah, never to late to wipe the damn base and rebuild it heh. on mobile i decided i wanted to make my base 100% mole proof so i started from the lowest level the base can go and began redeisgning my way up. actually kept me occupied for a good bit :)
