Solved - (Not a) Bug - Zoomed in 'tutorial' tip for Quests stuck

I followed the tutorial tips when I built the Overseer's room, assigned 3 dwellers and sent them out. But the damn tutorial pop-up "helpful hint" saying I need to click on the 'wasteland' tab to continue is fully zoomed in and would not let me interact with anything or bring up any menus aka I couldn't actually click on the damn thing it needed me to. Had to use task-manager to kill the program.

I had the same problem. I even disabled hints after reloading and it still did it.

Mouse off the "tips guy" on the Shelter somewhere and move screen over to the Wasteland area , outside the Shelter. This is what he wants you to do. You will see when you get to the wasteland area it will let you do what he asks. He is saying "click the wasteland" if I remember correctly. This will start the Quest that you control your dwellers. Hope my explanation is understandable. :)

I want to add to this for anyone searching. The game hangs on this tip if you PAN with the mouse at all during this segment. The best thing to do is to not touch anything besides what the tip wants you to touch.
