Power / Food / Water imbalance
Vault population: 75
The issue is for it's functioning i need:
- ONE full-length full-upgraded tier1 water room - 2-3 dewlers
- ONE full-length full-upgraded tier1 food room - 2-3 dewlers
- FOUR full-length full-upgraded tier2 generator rooms - 14-18 (!) dewlers + TWO full-length full-upgraded tier1 generator rooms for capacity.

about EIGHT times more than any other resource )

and when that fukken scorp appears - all goes to hell, it just jumps to empty rooms in different corners of the vault, and i loose most power.

10 mins ago had power in red zone,
Rushed 10% - fail - scorp. ( *anger*
Rushed 20% - fail - scorp. (( *mad*
Rushed 30% - fail - scorp... ((( *wtf*
turned off the game.

okay, may be my base is big enough and needs much energy, but friggin scorps teleporting (wtf?) through the base anywhere and stealing 1/3 of my whole power (wtf?) - that's a little too much.

It is extremely hard to give you decent advice without looking at your vault. But from what I gather from what you are saying, you actually don't have enough power room. The trick is that you don't need them all powered.

Another thing is that the nuklear power generator have more capacity but worse energy production than the normal energy production room. So you should keep your high strenght dwellers in the gen one power buildings for faster production. Which is what you want when you get attacked by mole rats or rad scorpions because they'll drain a % of your energy every tick instead of a hard number.

Oh, and BTW... I have something like 8 power production rooms in my vault but only 2 of those are actually manned. And I have above 180 dwelers in my vault...

When I got nuke reactors I replaced all old ones with them and didn't noticed higher or lower output per minute, only higher capacity.
And it looks like i'll destroy some of generators - i didn't know scorps get % and not the absolute value...

What you should really be aiming for is your demand bar. Keep it at around 25%. The rest is kind of meaningless.

my power is 20%, and food/water is 50%.
it looks like power at 50% will be fine too.

If you can't stop a radscorping then those can easily chew up to 50% of your power in one attack. Just to be clear, when I mean 25% I mean you have 75% excess, not the other way around.

I did have close to 50% for a long while too. If you can kill the scorpions in a timely manner it doesn't change much to your vault life.

My prodcution is so high that I keep producing during the attack and usually one radscorping only go out with like 30% of my energy in a single attack. (Not that I've let a radscorpion die in whenever in my main vault either)

Uhm sorry if i completly missunderstood something here but, for 75 dewellers you´ll also need nearly 2 full lenght full upgraded barracks and you probably have some training rooms, a overseers room (perhaps?) and other functional rooms wich require energy to maintain? Or do you only keep your people alive for... nothing?
