Sell common items ?

What exactly does this mean because I just used it and it sold 5 gauss rifles, I didn't think they was common and it's annoying since they are quite good for my stage :/

It will sell all common (green) weapons and outfits. It won't sell green junk, nor anything blue or yellow.

But gauss rifles are blue rarity and it sold all 5 of them. I did a daily quest and got 5 gauss rifles along with some other good stuff and when I clicked sell common items it sold all the gauss rifles, maybe more stuff but I don't fully remember what I got as I didn't expect to lose it.

Well, I've never seen that happen. The only way to auto sell blue/yellow stuff when you get back to the vault is if you click on the items so it shows how many bottlecaps the item is worth and I think that only happens when you actually collect the dwellers to let them back in.

Maybe thats what happened then but I didn't click any button other than the sell common items one. Not sure how that would have happened unless some bumb bug or something turned it on, I know the game messes up sometimes with a controller plugged in but I had it taken out for that reason.

I will triple check the items next time to make sure none have caps showing. Just incase they do how do I stop them from selling ?

Just click them again to switch back to the picture of the item.
