Doesn't always heal even when the dweller has a stack of RadAways on him.

i imagine it triggers when the icon fires above his head. sometimes the stimpack icon fires instead which is stupid. you gotta clear the rads first. but I imagine it uses the same logic.

That's one of the most "recent" bugs, send them with E = 11 to avoid this.
