Daily Report gave me an "F" with 90% Vault happiness.

I've managed to keep my daily happiness above 85% for several weeks now; getting B's and A's in my daily reports and getting the appropriate cap and lunchbox awards.

I just logged in today and the daily report gave me an "F" for having 0% Vault happiness and giving me the minimum bottle cap award; I close the report and look at the upper left corner of the game screen and I have 90% Vault happiness.

Is this a bug? Am I missing something here? I don't mind missing out on a few bottle caps but if this causes me to miss a lunchbox at the end of the week I'm going to be a little upset.

I heard someone say if you enter the game right when the report is supposed to be done, the vault still shows a 0% happiness because it hasn't calculated it yet.
