Which quests can I get a Legendary dweller?

Here's a list of info of I've collected arount the net:

Sarah in Climbing the Ranks
Piper
Preston in A Settler Needs Your Help
Three Dog in the third questf of Horsemen of the Post-Apocalypse

Their currently aren't any other characters you could get by quest....I think

Sarah and Three Dog I'm sure of. Have both from different questlines.

Preston is also a questline reward, but I'm not sure when his quest becomes available. I haven't seen it in the Overseer's office yet.

I don't think Piper can be found in quests.

I have Sarah and Three Dog from 2 quests and have just started the quest in the search for Preston...so its safe to say you can get atleast 3 Legendary Dwellers via quests. Hopefully they add more, hoping to get enough Legendary Dwellers for that 23 LD achevement aint gonna happen anytime soon otherwise :/

Currently, I can confirm that Sarah Lyons joins your Vault after you complete the final quest, "In Shining Armor" in the Brotherhood of Steel questline which begins with "Clearing a Path".

I just completed "Dogs of War" (Horsemen of the Post-Apocalypse) and was not rewarded with Three Dog. Instead, I was given an option to take in a Rare dweller named Willie Warner. I am so disappointed.

Horsemen of the Post-Apocalypse is a stupid long questline. It actually has three different 'parts' that consist of about six quests each. Three Dog is a reward for a quest in part 3. Don't worry, you'll make it to him.

Yeah, though just know that the item you get at the end can be VERY boring looking.
