Question about a dog is "KUMA" .
How it works ?? The description says : the Probability of occurrence of a stranger x7.5 . I gave this dog a resident . But nothing has changed ... The stranger did not appear ! I noted the time with the dog and without her . the stranger always appears every 3-5 minutes !

The two statements conflict with each other.
If nothing has changed, how can the Stranger appear more often?

Sorry . It's a typo ...

Use it on a dweller that's assigned to a room. It'll be more likely for the mysterious stranger to appear in that room than in the other rooms then. It does not affect the frequency of him appearing.

Clear . I noticed that the stranger sometimes appeared next to the dog ... But I almost always find a stranger and without it .
This is probably the most useless bonus unique among all animals ...
It is a pity that this animal was so . I was very glad to see such a bonus for the first time =(

Either way, the description of the animal is not true - it introduces players to the delusion . If you read the developers of the game - fix the description !
Better yet, replace the bonus from these animals on a more useful ...
For example, increasing the number of covers from a stranger ...

It seems useless... till you get a 'Find the Mysterous Stranger x Times' and it's got a good reward (i.e. anything but caps).

I can easily find a stranger in the big shelter .
In 3/4 cases, I find it .
