About Unlocking BoS Diner among others
I wonder How I can switch theme to diner i got recentley. I got two that I can see. But they got a lock. What do I do?

Once you've got all the pieces you need to build a theme room to create the theme itself, then when you've created it you can apply it to the room its meant for by leveling the room up to max, i think you can only put the new theme in a room that made up of 3 small rooms

The diner or living quarters must be 3 rooms wide and be upgraded twice. Also, when you apply a theme, it will apply to all qualifying rooms of that type.
