So is game worth the 49.99?
I am loving MSFS20 and Im hooked and now want to give this game a try but see it has a lot of negative reviews. Please let me know if it is fun and worthwhile? Thanks...

The graphics for this game are nowhere in the league of MSFS … or X-Plane for that matter. It was built on an old game engine and released in 2017. Development support stopped in early 2018. So you’ve got an aging looking game with some annoying bugs. Developers are working on a new version, so personally I’d wait for it - especially if we’re talking full price.

I’d only get this thing if it was on sale for at least 50-75% off and similarly the DLCs on sale too. Might have better luck with finding it on sale at some point on their website - feelthere.com.
Dont buy it for 49.99
you get 3 airpots, you have to buy additional airports aswell and if you want real aircraft flying on it you have to pay for that aswell.

Def a skip for that price, 15-20 at most
Absolutely NOT!!!! Less than $10 and that's a stretch! Once you buy it...you're on your own if there's a problem. Graphics are TERRIBLE and it's not ever going to get any better. I'm sure there are fools who will not listen to the one's who actually have it so don't be one of those.
The voice recognition is good and it's fun to play. That's why at $10 or less, it's an OK buy, but the support is gone and the price for DLC's are retarded

The graphics are not really an issue given you spend 99% of your time looking at the ADIRS view anyway. I would put them as serviceable given the subject of the game.

Gameplay is pretty solid airport atc (it just covers ground control , take off and landings , it does not cover TRACON) and the voice control makes it very easy to get into.

I definitely got value for money from it buying it and some DLC on sale. The DLC are expensive but do go on sale pretty regularly. The Real Traffic / Real Color add ons are a bit clunky to manage but they are made by a 3rd party.

There are limitations here and there that pop up as there are with any older game that is not being patched anymore but, the game is playable as is.

It is a simulation though not a game. There aren’t emergencies or little story line missions like say ‘I am an Air Traffic Controller 4’. If you take a 0600 shift at a smaller airport , it will be very quiet etc.

There is a small but relatively activity community at the games forums and plenty of help getting custom schedules.

There isn’t any other game with this level of detail on this topic so if you like the subject it is in my view worth it especially at 50%.

Real life tower cab controllers spend more time looking out the windows than they do at the radar screens. This is really not possible today in T!3DP with the poor graphics and inability to look/zoom as desired (along with the aforementioned bugs). As a result in my opinion, this is a wannabe simulation that in the end is just a game.

I do agree there is nothing else like this on the market and I’m hopeful the next version will take things to the next level as promised by the developer.
