***UPDATE*** I disabled all connections to the internet (including ethernet, not just wifi) and the game launched immediately. This is clearly an issue on FeelThere's end that they should probably address soon, the game is clearly trying to make some sort of connection and failing, causing the crash. Having to disconnect from the internet to play a game is a pretty significant bug. I wish them the best of luck, I really enjoy this game!
FeelThere has been "looking into it" since January. I doubt very much that they will ever fix the problem, although I will be happy to be proven wrong.

Okay, I don't want to be pessimistic without at least providing a potential solution.
You could try doing the following:
Then it should be theoretically possible to start the game with an active internet connection.
Since I personally have no problems starting Tower!3D Pro, I can't say for sure if it works.
CAUTION: Changes to the hosts file will most likely result in a severe warning (SettingsModifier:Win32/HostsFileHijack) when using Windows Defender.
