Schedule creators usually provide 4 (at least 1or 2) modified files (xxxx_airlines.txt, xxxx_gaandlocaltraffic.txt, xxxx_schedule.txt, xxxx_terminal.txt). xxxx stands here for the ICAO code of the airport.
Navigate to ..\Steam\steamapps\common\Tower 3D Pro\Extensions\Airfields\ and save a copy of the airport folder (e.g. KLAX) where you like to install a custom schedule somewhere on your hard drive. (Just to have a backup of the original files.)
Then copy the modified files you need from the download of the custom schedule into the airport folder (e.g. KLAX) of the game and overwrite the existing files.
This replaces the schedule that came with RT and it is automatically selected in the game.
With some downloads there is a whole directory structure with several schedules in many folders.
It could be, for example, that the files xxxx_airlines.txt and xxxx_terminal.txt are located in a master folder and the files xxxx_gaandlocaltraffic.txt and xxxx_schedule.txt are present several times in subfolders, by time or day (or both).
Only copy the currently needed text files into the airport folder of the game, not all files and folders of the download. Then you should be good to go.
If you search for more custom schedules you can do it here: https://forum.simflight.com/topic/85784-custom-schedules-list-fictional-real-life-airport-timetables/
If you like to share your own schedules you do it best in the official forum: https://forum.simflight.com/forum/170-atc-simulators/
Hope this helps.
TP Gaming has made a tutorial video about that.

It is important to know that you must have purchased and installed the RT (Real Traffic) AddOn. The newer the schedule or airport in question, the more likely it is that you need to have the latest version of RT installed.
RT is updated at the latest with each new airport DLC and can be downloaded and installed again using the original link you received after purchase.
Alternatively to the websites presented in the video you can also use the Schedule Builder to create your own schedules.

Edit: If the latest version of RT is installed and an airport with a custom schedule still does not load, one of the files may not have been copied or overwritten correctly, or there may be an error in one of the files. In particular, getting stuck at 63% may indicate an issue in one or more of the custom files.
Thank you!
Hey, is it possible to download these schedules without signing up on SimFlight forums?
What’s the harm of signing up for the forum?
