Not getting anymore letters

I just started this game, right now the last letter i got was for Carlos to rob a store and a relay race from jimmy and i didn't get more after that.

I didn't get all of the endings for the "Kidnapping" letter for Chang-Gyeong. There's a greyed out X ending I missed: https://imgur.com/a/iybj7

The thing is, I can't seem to get it no matter what I do. Based on the guide I needed to unlock an X ending from the "B**♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ letter. I already gotten all endings for that (The first letter from Kang Baek). What can I do to fix this?

Edit: I went ahead and loaded a previous saved and just did it again from scratch. I had to get that X end before touching the first letter from Kang Baek.

...Now I have the same issue again and no idea how to solve this.

I have no new letters again and i made sure to get all possible endings. This is what my chart looks like: https://imgur.com/a/48KAJ

The last letters I completed is the first one with spottie and the bath drama with Chang-Gyeong.

What should have I done or what is my next step?

Based on your chart, I'm guessing Chang's last story needs to be S.

Yes, my mistake was that I needed both Spottie's and Chang's latest letters at S at the same time to proceed.

In case of you haven't discovered yet, here's the answer:

Spottie: The ground was covered with water, and it was very slippery.
Chang: I heard a sound like "schlip". I looked back. He had slipped./A piece of soap appeared out of nowhere and stopped near us./I ran over, trying to grab him./He reached out.

Welp, unlucky me. Didn't expect to run into a wall where I can't progress and have to start over just because of one bad ending

It's too bad that you always need an S to proceed, kinda kills some of the fun, and the puropse of choices. Still a good game, though.

Getting an S ending means you've unlocked the lore's background and now know what truly happened with determined character in that situation. S isn't a ranking in this game.

However, unlocking ALL the endings for the letters is kinda positive because you'll need to start switching between them in order to get more letters and get the true ending; this power is obtained during the gameplay.

This game is a puzzle after all. Sometimes it might get boring, yes, but again, the better analogy I can give you is that you're playing the detective.
