Need help please

I've recently beaten this game and trying to get 100% completion, but I'm having trouble with some things and can't find the answers in any previous posts or guides. I'm starting to get a little frustrated so thought I'd ask for some advice in the right direction.

-I'm missing word 13 in the Dictionary which seems like an odd one to be missing.
-I'm missing the 1st Bar CG. Even after reloading a previous save I can't seem to get this one to show up. I DO have the 2nd one that most people miss.
-I can't seem to get Jimmy's 3rd star for his profile. I'm pretty sure I've done all the endings for him, Li Wen, and Wen Zhaoren.

Any help at all would be much appreciated!

-Word 13: Massage. It appears in letter "The Lives in Group Loyalty" of Carlos. That is a bit strange. Try to read it again?
-1st Bar CG: Make sure that Pi broke the prison successfully and try to read the ending including that CG again?
- Jimmy's 3rd star: This one is in one ending of "The Taste of the Early Summer".

-I got it to show up by rereading, it even showed up as new so that's odd but thank you for the help! Apparently I'm also missing word 17 now? Even though I could swear when I made this post I was only missing 13.
-I'm still not entirely sure how to get it to show? Do I need Chang in the archives? I reread it but I still got the bar scene without Chang and without Pi.
-Once again all I had to do was reread Ending D for that letter and now I have it. Thank you!

If it helps anything I'm playing on PS4 but it's odd that most of my troubles come from just needing to reread things. Thank you so much for replying and again for the help!

Hi, sorry for the late reply.

- Word 17: Food Ticket. It is in one ending of Carlos's Cell28.
- You don't need Chang in the archives. It is really weird because the 1st bar CG is the very normal one. Chang and Pi should be both in the CG. Just try to read it with S ending again?

Sometimes trophy system has detention. Steam is the same. So the status of trophy would be checked multiple times even after it is unlocked. There re-read works sometimes.
