That seems to be a recurring issue with mods. Specifically with Skin Manager. Uninstall the mod to see if that fixes it. If not, try deleting the game files in the Steam directory and then uninstalling and reinstalling again.

Thank you very much...... I have one quality of life request....... would it be possible to change the hours of darkness? ..... I am finding my game play seems to be mostly really dark or completely blacked out and it is kinda depressing as the nights are so long. Would it be possible to make day break 04:30 and and sunset 22:30 that way you really feel you have seen a bit of daytime. I like the weather in general and I am lovin the game....... Kind regards....

You have to complete career mode (I forget what that entails) to be able to make a custom save, but there's a save download in the derail valley community steam page somewhere, which will allow you to unlock it. I don't really understand why they implemented this restriction as it has led to a lot of confusion, but I guess they wanted people to play the intended way first? IDK.

Mods: Looks like this version pretty much trashed all mods. Skins, Booklet organizer, etc, none of them work anymore. Game load locks up during loading of skins. Booklet organizer doesn't work at all but doesn't crash game. Have not tried checked to see if the driver assist works or not.

Otherwise, Looking good.

Update: Reinstalled BepinEx and the mods are working once again. Well, The booklet organizer is working at least. Haven't checked the rest but I'm betting they work now.

In case you didn't know, the modders have decided to move back to Unity Mod Manager. New updates for all the listed mods have already come out moving them all back to UMM and making them compatible with B95

So far you guys have done a ton of work and I'm extremely impressed by how much you care about feedback and bug call outs. Keep up the good work, but pace yourselves as you see fit.

It's the 3rd quater of 2023, the age of Multiplayer games, doesn't have to be MMO,
but we could just simply play with friends.
because playing Alone is Extremely Dull. :(

I'd much rather a brilliant single-player over a rushed/bandaided multiplayer any day. And there may be mods that enable it.

I love babysteamer. How quickly can it use all its water and how come it sometimes gets stuck around 8.5-9 bar(psi?) of pressure no matter what I do?

dev can you add a option into gameplay that allows you to toggle what types of trains you want because that would be a good feature instead of speding 17 hours on a save to get all trains
