Let us use 2 hands on stuff in VR please, the hand cart is almost perfect

QUESTION
Is there a way to avoid progression in sandbox, because from what i can tell i can't get the big train until i get it in career, and honestly i did one run and it sucked already
like, no offense, game is awesome, but when the train you start with can barely haul 6 car's and they want you to go all the way to another town (I.E Steel mill to Harbor)
Im a geek for steam trains and i just wanna drive the massive 2-8-2 in VR

i don't mean to sound like a lazy dork but i just don't wanna invest 10 hours into a game so i can drive a steam train around for 10 minutes
