DM3 startup?

So, I just finished fixing up the Demo DM3, and for some unknown reason, it refuses to run. The tachometer will not go over 200 rpm, and everything is in pristine condition. It is fueled, oiled, and both fuses have been flipped on. What am I doing wrong?

Currently, the reverser is idle, the throttle is at 0, and all brakes except for the handbrake are free.

and your 100% sure you fixed everything? i just tested mine and it starts just fine. might also restart game. seems to fix alot

Yes, as it wouldn't have completed the restoration mission otherwise, I assume.

And checking the percentage overlay, yes it is all 100%
