They will probably not be putting it on sale because they do not have a publisher or Studio Bankrolling them. they are their own studio, so the money they get from your purchases is all they have to work with.
Its a heavily community driven game. I will say this though, its 100 perecent worth what they are charging. And I have yet to find a game that just dumps you in a world with accurate train sim and just says good luck have fun.
And the 40€/$ Price Tag if the only price increase the game will have
Yeah i hear that. It feels really bad to buy a game and then a month later it's half price and you feel like a sucker. But like people have said that's not likely to happen here. Hope you enjoy the game!
I played the "shareware" version for a few years, but I did feel like I like the game enough to finally just get it in my library officially, even though I think it should go on 50% off at least once or twice a year...
$300 for 3h concert/sporting event, not including parking, concessions and souvineres. "Worth it!"
$40 for 10h, 20h, 50h. 100h, 1,000h or even more hours of enjoyment and play time.
"Meh, costs too much."
so you see your idea of value is say a different view than those who have been around since day one
Last may they set it on their intended price
5.25" or 3.5"?
I've been playing since the early '90s. 15 dollars then is $36 dollars now. Most developers stopped with physical media a long time ago and its not coming back unless you want to but from a third party that custom makes them. I miss instruction books and posters and keymaps just like the next guy however those are easily found online and you can get them printed at a local office supply store. Don't gatekeep. We are all gamers here!
Yeah, had one for the VC20 back when.
